Interior Design Intervention of Guayaquil Public Library

This project was a full renovation of a 1929 prewar Co-Op apartment. The design balanced historic architectural details with modern finishes. Arched built-ins and panel moldings were introduced, creating a timeless envelope. The monochromatic palette in the living room centers the veined marble fireplace, while carefully selected vintage-inspired furniture pieces invite conversation without overpowering the space.
