Hola!
I'm Domenica

I’m a designer with a background in Architecture and Interior Design, now studying for my Master’s in User Experience Design at Rutgers University. I love finding ways to make both physical and digital spaces feel welcoming, clear, and enjoyable to use.

My design approach is centered on understanding how people think, move, and interact, and using that insight to create designs that are both useful and beautiful.

I’m especially interested in combining retail and commercial design with UX, exploring how the principles of user experience can shape how people navigate, interact with, and feel within a physical space.

I have experience with UX/UI design, prototyping, and visual design, and I work with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Some of my favorite projects have involved improving digital experiences and reimagining spaces to make them more intuitive and engaging.

My goal is to work at the intersection of digital and physical design, creating experiences that connect people and make their everyday lives easier and more joyful.

Outside of work, I’m usually exploring new bakeries in search of the best chocolate croissant in New York City, taking photos of my cats, or making hot chocolate (even in the summer, a habit I blame on growing up in a tropical country)
